Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Research Quant's services.

1. Definitions

  • "Advisory Services" — SMG (High-Velocity Intelligence), RISE, and WOF (Wheel of Fortune)
  • "Fund Management Services" — Retail Trade Cycle Model and Elite HNI Capital Management
  • "Education Services" — Courses, webinars, seminars, and learning programmes
  • "IB Consultancy" — Introducing Broker business development and consultancy
  • "Alpha" — Monthly return threshold above which profit sharing applies
  • "Lock-In Period" — Minimum contractual commitment period (1 year for Elite HNI)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding agreements. Research Quant reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

3. Nature of Services — No Investment Advice

Research Quant does not provide investment advice or regulated financial services unless explicitly and separately licensed.
  • All trading decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • Research Quant does not guarantee profits or protect against losses
  • You should seek independent legal, financial, and tax advice

4. Advisory Services — Subscription Terms

4.1 Service Tiers: SMG, RISE, and WOF — each with unique pricing, features, and accuracy targets.

4.2 Accuracy Methodology: Calculated on fully closed positions only. Each two-TP trade counts as two calls. Breakeven exits excluded.

4.3 Delivery: Via Telegram and/or WhatsApp. Research Quant is not liable for third-party platform failures.

4.4 Execution Risk: Actual execution is the Client's sole responsibility. Slippage and market conditions may cause variance.

5. Fund Management — Terms

5.1 Retail Model: Capital managed per Client's elected Advisory Service. Profit shared at end of trade cycles.

5.2 Elite HNI — Lock-In: Mandatory ONE YEAR commitment. Early exit incurs a fee. Capital additions do not extend the lock-in.

5.3 Guaranteed Minimum & Alpha: No charge below the minimum threshold. Profit sharing only on Alpha.

5.5 No Guarantee: The Guaranteed Minimum is a performance target, not a legally enforceable guarantee of capital return.

6–7. Education & IB Consultancy

Education is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee proficiency. IB Consultancy governed by individual contracts. Research Quant does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.

8. Payment Terms

  • All fees charged in advance
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Pricing changes with 30 days' notice; annual subscribers protected
  • Non-payment results in immediate service suspension

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Advisory Services: Monthly — cancel anytime; Annual — 30 days' notice, no refund
  • Elite Fund Mgmt: Subject to Lock-In Period (Clause 5.2)
  • Retail Fund Mgmt: 14 days' notice, after current trade cycle
  • Education: Non-refundable after access granted; webinars refundable 48h prior

10. Intellectual Property

All content, alerts, methodologies, and branding are exclusive property of Research Quant. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

RESEARCH QUANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
